To help keep our rates the lowest in the City of Santa Clara, we utilized only one person in the office. During such times as showing a unit to a perspective customer, etc. the office will be temporary closed. There will be a sign on the door stating “The manager is on site.” This can occur for a short time. All phone messages will be returned when the manager returns.
