Do you charge administration fee?
Yes, the current administration fee is $26 -
Are there late fees ?
Yes, they are charged on the eleventh day from the day your rent is due. In other words, starting from the day you rent is due, you have a ten day grace period. -
Are late fees ever waived ?
We have a policy where upon request we will waive one late fee.
